I am currently on my final placement on the NHS graduate management training scheme in the Strategy Unit at Birmingham Children's Hospital. My previous placements were as an operational manager at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals, and I did a secondment with The King's Fund Leadership Development team. I am also studying for a Masters in Leadership for Service Improvement in Healthcare.
